Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking an Applications Engineer I to join the Sales Engineering team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The role focuses on applications/solutions engineering and customer and sales support to drive development of cutting-edge mesh-network systems and MN-MIMO technology.

You will work with internal engineering teams to define, test new products, and provide in-person support with up to 25% travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with RF test equipment.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with PC office applications and mobile devices.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and test complete solutions for technical problems.
• Define new products/features; perform field trials.
• Provide customer and sales support via troubleshooting and system integration.
• Provide live support during European hours to ensure global coverage.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and support field testing/validation.
• Test and harden features via firmware/hardware changes.
• Assist with demos, training, testing, and bug recreation.
• Create and maintain customer-facing documents and content.
• Support RMA and Loaner teams with guidance.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site support.
• Other duties as assigned.
