Job summary

Justt is seeking a senior, externally facing chargebacks and payments expert for the EMEA region. You will sit between Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, CS and Product to become the trusted voice on payments disputes and revenue growth.

You will own external representation at events, drive strategic account engagements, and coach teams on complex enterprise deals while shaping Justt's EMEA strategy and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments, chargebacks, fraud or risk within enterprise contexts.
• Strong ability to speak at conferences and in panels.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales (pre-sales, advisory or SME role).
• Commercial mindset linking dispute strategy to merchant revenue and Justt objectives.
• Ability to work independently and drive momentum without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to payments and chargebacks expert for EMEA strategic accounts.
• Join business reviews and escalations, handing follow-up to CS and SE.
• Represent Justt externally at conferences, events and industry forums.
• Partner with Sales on complex, high-value deals and run dispute-strategy workshops.
• Lead thought leadership and client-facing content for the EMEA market.
