Job summary

Zensai seeks a regional B2B SaaS marketing leader to own the EMEA customer marketing strategy. You’ll work with Sales, CS, and central marketing to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals across key accounts in the region.

Partnering with Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales, you’ll craft targeted programs, tell compelling customer stories, and measure impact. Flexible, globally connected team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Customer-first instinct and curiosity about drivers of customer success.
• Comfort with numbers; ability to read usage, renewal, and pipeline data.
• Experience designing multi-touch programs end to end.
• Proven collaboration with sales, CS, and central marketing.

Responsibilities

• Set the regional customer marketing strategy in partnership with regional leadership.
• Tie programs to revenue, renewal, and expansion objectives.
• Report pipeline, ARR impact, and retention results in regional reviews.
• Create moments that connect customers with Zensai and amplify stories.
• Equip the team with offers, plays, and clear messaging for regional markets.
