Job summary

Zensai is seeking a Regional Marketing Leader for EMEA to build customer-first programs that drive retention, expansion, and ARR. You will collaborate with Sales, CS, and central marketing to shape region-specific messaging, campaigns, and industry plays, tying activity directly to regional revenue goals.

In this role you’ll own the regional strategy, run cross-functional cadences, and turn insights into scalable programs that surface customer stories and accelerate growth across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in customer, lifecycle, or account-based marketing.
• Customer-first instinct and genuine curiosity about what drives customers.
• Comfort with numbers: read usage, renewal, and pipeline data to tell the story.
• Program builder: designed and ran multi-touch programs end to end.
• Commercial partnering: worked inside or with sales and CS teams, joined customer conversations.
• Clear communicator: strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Set the regional strategy in partnership with VP, regional sales, and leadership.
• Tie the plan to revenue, renewal, and expansion objectives and review quarterly.
• Report program-sourced pipeline, expansion ARR, and retention results in regional reviews.
• Join customer meetings, account planning, and forecast calls to align programs with live priorities.
• Design offers, plays, templates, and talk tracks for AEs, AMs, and CSMs.
• Create industry-specific programs for key sectors and coordinate with central teams.
