Job summary

Zensai is seeking a Manager of Technical Success to lead a team of Technical Success Architects and act as a senior technical leader across the customer lifecycle.

This player-coach role blends Solution Engineering, post-sales delivery, partner management, and strategic pre-sales engagement to drive value, adoption, retention, and growth within customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Success, Product and Partners to realize measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading customer-facing technical teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong background in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and leading customer-facing technical discussions.
• Experience managing post-sales technical delivery, onboarding, or implementation teams.
• Experience managing external delivery and implementation partners.
• Strong commercial awareness balancing customer needs and business objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at technical and executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a TSA team; establish best practices.
• Partner with Sales on strategic opportunities and conduct technical discovery.
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, and delivery for customers.
• Manage relationships with delivery partners and ensure quality.
• Balance customer outcomes with commercial objectives and drive renewals.
