Job summary

Flame Employment Polska Sp. z o.o. is recruiting for an Electrical Site Supervisor to support a major Data Centre project in Denmark.

You will lead electrical trade teams, coordinate subcontractors, and supervise day-to-day installation activities on site, ensuring work is conducted safely and to project standards. The role requires a senior electrical trade qualification, at least five years of site experience, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Senior electrical trade qualification or equivalent.
• At least five years of relevant site experience.
• Experience leading electrical trades or subcontractor teams.
• Experience within Data Centres, pharma, industrial or other technically complex projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation sequencing.
• Practical knowledge of quality inspections, snagging and commissioning preparation.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Good organizational, planning and record-keeping skills.
• Confident communication with project management and other trades.
• Ability to work under programme pressure and resolve site issues decisively.
• Good command of English; legal eligibility to work in Denmark.
• Willingness to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• conducting quality checks, identifying snags and coordinating their close-out.
• ensuring that appropriate RAMS, permits and safety controls are in place.
• delivering toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.
• maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safe working practices.
• monitoring materials, equipment and upcoming delivery requirements.
• maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to the Construction Manager.
• supporting testing, commissioning, system walkdowns and project handover.
• escalating safety, quality, programme or coordination issues when required.

Electrical Site Supervisor

Your responsibilities

As Electrical Site Supervisor, you will support the Construction Manager in coordinating electrical activities on a major Data Centre project.

You will lead electrical trade teams and subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed safely, to the required quality standard and in line with the project programme.

Your responsibilities will include:

• supervising day-to-day electrical installation activities;
• coordinating electricians, subcontractors and specialist teams;
• planning short-term activities and preparing two-week look-ahead schedules;
• allocating work and monitoring daily progress and productivity;
• coordinating electrical works with mechanical, CSA and other site disciplines;

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• a recognised senior electrical trade qualification or equivalent;
• at least five years of relevant site experience;
• previous experience leading electrical trades or subcontractor teams;
• experience within Data Centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial or other technically complex projects;
• the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics;
• a strong understanding of electrical installation activities and construction sequencing;
• practical knowledge of quality inspections, snagging and commissioning preparation;
• a strong commitment to health and safety;
• good organisational, planning and record-keeping skills;
• confidence communicating with project management, other trades and subcontractors;
• the ability to work under programme pressure and resolve site issues decisively;
• a good command of English;
• legal eligibility to work in Denmark;
• willingness to work on-site.

Previous Data Centre or mission-critical project experience will be a significant advantage.
