Job summary

GH Engage seeks an Electrical Package Manager in Denmark to lead the delivery of electrical systems for large-scale Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Commercial projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will supervise Engineers, Supervisors and Subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top-quality standards. The role offers career progression into Project Management within a vibrant, agile team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience delivering electrical construction projects.
• Experience with Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or mission critical projects.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Package Planning & Coordination: Review scope, specifications and drawings and assist in procurement schedules.
• Package Delivery: Manage day-to-day delivery and lead engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to milestones.
• Health, Safety & Quality: Promote safety, ensure procedural compliance, conduct inspections and drive quality.
• Commercial & Reporting: Monitor budgets, manage changes and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Testing, Commissioning & Handover: Coordinate testing, manage punch lists and support client handover.
• Leadership & Development: Lead and develop engineers, build client and subcontractor relationships.
