Johnson & Johnson Surgery Denmark is seeking an Area Account Manager for Wound Closure & Biosurgery in the Region East, Denmark. You will engage with customers, coordinate across the Ethicon portfolio, and drive sales growth while maintaining profitability and market share.

You will lead account planning, develop proactive programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A strong sales background in healthcare and native-level Danish are required, with a valid driving license and

Qualifications

Fluent knowledge of Danish and English in speech and writing is mandatory.
Experience in sales and/or hospital background; experience from the surgical field is meritorious.
Based in East area of Denmark is required.
Excellent IT skills & high level of social- and communicative skills.
Degree in business or healthcare.
Driving license.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement business objectives for individual accounts and the territory to meet targets, focusing on key products.
Maintain profitability and price levels for the Ethicon portfolio; ensure accurate account data and monitor competitor activity.
Manage and track hardware and disposables sales; oversee tenders with Bids & Tenders.
