Job summary

Manora Vikar ApS is seeking an operations planner to support daily staffing in a busy agency. You will coordinate shifts, book temporary employees, and ensure client needs are met with timely, reliable service.

You will work closely with clients and temporary staff, communicating clearly and acting quickly to handle changes, sickness, cancellations, and last-minute updates while maintaining schedules in our systems.

Qualifications

• Experience from a staffing agency, recruitment, workforce planning, shift scheduling, customer service, transportation, logistics, or other operational planning is an advantage.
• Be structured and good at planning.
• Be a strong communicator with different types of people.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating shifts
• Booking and assigning temporary employees
• Communicating with clients about their staffing needs
• Daily contact with temporary employees by phone, email, and messaging
• Handling sickness, cancellations, and last-minute changes
• Following up on attendance and staffing
• Maintaining shift schedules and information in our systems
• Ensuring a high level of service for both clients and temporary employees
• Continuously improving planning processes and workflows
