Job summary

SAS - Scandinavian Airlines is seeking a temporary Short-Term Planner based at Kastrup, Copenhagen. You’ll balance operational needs, solve planning challenges, and create a structured environment while collaborating across teams to optimize staffing plans.

You will oversee short-term staff planning for the Above Wing department, ensuring the right people with the right qualifications are scheduled at the right times, while supporting other Ground operations planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with planning systems and detailed operational information.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, workforce planning or similar roles.
• Strong Excel skills, including data handling.
• Experience in logistics or transport is advantageous.
• Interest in how planning contributes to safe, efficient airline operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee short-term staff planning for the Above Wing department.
• Ensure the right number of staff with the right qualifications at the right times.
• Coordinate with managers and employees and support other Ground operations planning.
