Job summary

Actona Group A/S is seeking a Demand Planner to support daily planning and replenishment for our warehouse assortment in Denmark. You will forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure availability while maintaining close collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations to resolve daily planning issues.

You will contribute to KPI tracking, data integrity, and improvements to planning processes, systems, and ways of working in a dynamic, international supply chain environment.

Qualifications

Job description

Are you structured, analytical, and motivated by ensuring that products are available when our customers need them?

We are looking for a Demand Planner to support the daily planning and replenishment of our warehouse assortment and help ensure the right balance between product availability and inventory.

In this role, you will work hands-on with demand forecasts, replenishment, purchase orders, inventory levels, and planning exceptions. You will be an important link between Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and our suppliers and factories, helping turn demand into clear and executable supply requirements.

Your key responsibilities

Maintain and update demand forecasts based on sales history, trends, customer input, and changes in demand.

Plan replenishment and ensure timely ordering of products for our warehouse assortment.

Follow up on open purchase orders, delivery dates, and expected incoming supply.

Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages, excess inventory, and availability risks.

React to changes in demand and supply and adjust plans accordingly.

Follow up on service level, forecast accuracy, inventory, and other operational planning KPIs.

Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations to resolve day-to-day planning and availability issues.

Maintain high-quality planning parameters and master data.

Support improvements to planning processes, systems, and ways of working.

Who are you?

You have experience within demand planning, replenishment, purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain planning and enjoy working in a role where you are close to the daily operation.

You are comfortable working with numbers, data, and planning systems and have a structured approach to managing priorities and following up on deviations. Experience with ERP systems, forecasting or replenishment tools, and Excel is an advantage.

As a person, you are structured, proactive, persistent, and solution-oriented. You take ownership of your area, follow issues through to resolution, and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
