Job summary

Alfa Laval in Aalborg is seeking a Master Data Specialist to create and maintain item master data across NPD and EPD changes, coordinating with R&D, Engineering, Supply, and Service to meet market needs.

You’ll govern data in Team Center and ERP, ensure compliant item creation, support CAD work, and drive continuous improvement with global factory teams in Aalborg, Nijmegen, and Qingdao. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLM / ERP systems.
• Team Center experience preferred.
• D365 experience preferred.
• Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate master data activities across development projects with stakeholders in the supply chain, factories, and relevant engineering functions.
• Facilitate decision‑making for unclear master data entries and prepare the supply chain for changes.
• Create new items during the Engineering Change process in collaboration with factory entities for NPD/EPD projects.
• Govern master data processes within Team Center and ERP, ensuring proper decision-making powers across item creation.
