Qualifications

• University degree and minimum of two years of commercial sales experience in Life Sciences.
• Ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions, with 2+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and QlikSense.
• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by mastering product portfolio knowledge and building strong customer relationships.
• Lead sales negotiations and finalize deals with key buying influencers.
• Generate end-user demand for direct and indirect customers and partner with distributors.
• Advocate for solution selling by integrating consumables into the customer workflow.
• Foster long-term relationships with internal stakeholders to boost Cytiva portfolio sales.
• Collaborate with Zone Leaders and Channel Managers to align distributor needs.
• Monitor distributor network performance and develop action plans to maximize revenue.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for transparent funnel management.
