Qualifications

• Experience leading business development, product management, innovation, consulting, or commercial organizations.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with a pragmatic mindset.
• Ability to build scalable service offerings and recurring revenue streams.
• Proven collaboration across sales, product management, technology, and executive leadership.
• Experience from energy, utility, software, IoT, SaaS, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing the strategy for Grid Management Services and future digital service offerings.
• Driving commercialization and go-to-market activities across international markets.
• Supporting sales organizations in accelerating growth and expanding market adoption.
• Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team of specialists within business development and service innovation.
• Creating the structures, processes, and governance needed to scale new offerings successfully.
