Job summary

Kamstrup is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to lead our third-line engineering organization, designing, building, and evolving IT infrastructure and services that support Kamstrup's global business and operations.

You will own four domains, drive a scalable, modern, and secure infrastructure, and mentor engineers across Denmark and Spain. English fluency is required; travel is 5–10 days annually.

Qualifications

• Lead infrastructure engineering, architecture, or platform teams including budget and vendors.
• Deliver major changes and ensure safe handover to production.
• Develop and mentor teams across countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, architecture, and roadmap for scalable infrastructure.
• Lead and develop engineers and architects into a strong design-and-build team.
• Own Service Configuration (CMDB), Release & Deployment, Availability & Capacity, Service Continuity as ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with IT Operations and Service Desk for run-vs-build clarity.
