Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd is seeking a Director to lead the NextGenSAP PMO within Digital Finance Processes. You will direct a team of 5-10, govern a global programme portfolio, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines. You will partner with IT and senior stakeholders across functions, delivering governance, change management and strategic financial controls.

A master's degree and 8-10 years of leadership experience are preferred; strong English communication completes the profile.

Qualifications

Strong business and technology acumen with ability to align IT capabilities to strategic priorities.
8–10 years of leadership experience including people development and performance management.
Proven track record in programme or portfolio leadership with budget ownership.
Experience navigating senior stakeholder landscapes and driving alignment.
Strategic, analytical thinker able to switch between detail and big picture.
Structured and proactive leadership with clear priorities and accountability.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Set the direction for the NextGenSAP PMO with governance and accountability.
Lead and develop a team of 5–10 colleagues, fostering priorities and collaboration.
Own the programme budget and ensure financial transparency within planning deadlines.
Drive alignment on scope, cost, schedules and risk across interdependent projects.
Partner with IT to create an integrated PMO and disciplined execution.
Lead change, communications and engagement strategy for the programme.
