Job summary

Qualifications

• Established leadership experience of 8–10 years, including leading and developing professionals and managers.
• Strong track record in programme or portfolio leadership with accountability across scope, financials, schedules and risk.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for NextGenSAP PMO with governance and accountability.
• Lead and develop a team of 5–10 colleagues with clear priorities and collaboration.
• Own the programme budget and ensure financial transparency and deadlines.
• Align senior leaders on scope, cost, schedules and risk across interdependent projects.
• Partner with IT to create an integrated PMO and ensure disciplined execution.
• Lead change, communication and engagement strategies for the programme.
