Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of leadership experience driving large digital/transformation initiatives.
• Experience owning budgets and cost allocation for major digital programmes.
• Proven track record in programme or portfolio leadership across scope, financials, schedules and risk.
• Ability to navigate a complex senior stakeholder landscape and build alignment.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities bridging programme-level detail and organisational priorities.
• Structured, proactive leadership; able to set priorities and maintain momentum in transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for the NextGenSAP Programme Management Office with governance and accountability.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 5–10 colleagues across functions.
• Own the programme budget and ensure financial transparency within the framework.
• Drive alignment on scope, cost, schedules, and risk across interdependent projects.
• Partner with IT to ensure disciplined PMO execution across the programme.
• Lead the programme’s change, communication and engagement strategy.
