Would you like to drive and lead our digital transformation journey in Finance & Operations and be the leader of the programme management office (PMO) in one of our greatest digital programmes?
In this role, you will lead a PMO team of specialists and senior managers, setting direction and driving progress across a complex global programme portfolio. By turning ambitious plans into lasting business impact, you will help build a robust and future-proof digital backbone that supports Novo's growth.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, enterprise transformation, financial compliance or Sarbanes-Oxley requirements would be useful but is not essential. A master's degree in business, economics or a related field would also be advantageous.
You will lead the NextGenSAP PMO team and work closely with the IT. Your key partners will include senior leaders and programme colleagues across Enterprise IT, HR, Global Manufacturing, R&D and Finance.
The NextGenSAP PMO is part of Digital Finance Processes within Finance Operations & GBS. The team combines strong financial expertise with a deep understanding of the business to strengthen the data foundations and infrastructure available to stakeholders.
With broad organisational and geographical reach, this is a role in which your ability to build trusted relationships and create alignment across functions, levels and borders will be central to your impact.
The position is based at Novo Nordisk headquarters in Bagsværd.
You can expect a substantial Director leadership mandate with direct influence on a significant digital transformation programme. You will have the opportunity to shape how the programme is governed and executed, lead and develop an experienced team, and work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
The scale and complexity of the programme will give you the opportunity both strategic leadership and sound judgement, while remaining close enough to execution to turn decisions into meaningful progress.
We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
