Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management to lead and orchestrate a Digital Transformation across Product, Engineering and Digital Technology leadership. You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and align senior stakeholders around a future operating model for AI-enabled delivery.

You will indirectly lead a team of TPMs, partnering with HR, external partners, and DT leadership to drive progress with clarity, momentum and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large cross-functional programmes and operating model transformations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse perspectives.
• Exceptional facilitation skills for workshops and decision forums with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience in modern software delivery, product development, and engineering operating models.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic ambition into executable transformation plans and clear roadmaps.
• Align senior stakeholders and drive adoption of new operating models across DT.
• Coach and direct TPM capability, raise standards for program leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and DT leaders to align priorities and governance.
• Define AI-enabled delivery approaches and foster scalable, practical changes.
