Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a SVP of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technology to define and lead the enterprise technology agenda across manufacturing, supply chain, and product engineering. This executive will drive digital transformation, data, and automation to deliver measurable business impact at scale.

The role partners with Operations, Digital Technology and business leaders to translate strategy into scalable capabilities that improve efficiency, quality, resilience and value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation.
• Experience guiding large technology organizations through transformation and operating-model evolution.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing tech, supply chain platforms, data & analytics, automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy for manufacturing, supply chain and product engineering.
• Accelerate adoption of IoT, AI, automation, analytics and digital platforms to boost productivity and resilience.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization with the right talent and operating model.
• Oversee execution of strategic digital initiatives with governance and value realization.
• Own major technology investments, prioritising trade-offs and measurable value creation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to align architecture and business outcomes.
