The LEGO Group seeks a senior technology leader to define and drive the enterprise technology agenda across manufacturing, supply chain, and product engineering. You will align technology strategy with business priorities, delivering scalable digital capabilities and measurable value.

This role partners with Operations, Digital Technology and Product Engineering to shape the future of our global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or product engineering.
Experience leading large, complex technology organizations through transformation and operating model evolution.
Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, supply chain platforms, data and analytics, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage large investment portfolios and connect technology decisions to business outcomes.
Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communication to align diverse teams around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technology strategy for manufacturing, supply chain, and product engineering, aligned with enterprise priorities.
Accelerate adoption of emerging technologies to improve productivity, quality, decision-making, and resilience.
Drive technology integration across value chain to enable scalable and efficient ways of working.
Build and lead a high-performing technology organization with the right capabilities and culture.
Oversee delivery of strategic digital initiatives with governance, discipline, and measurable benefits.
Own major technology investments, portfolios, and capability decisions with clear trade-offs and value realization.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to strengthen architectural alignment and accountability for outcomes.
Shape the technology agenda as a senior leader influencing executives across Operations, Digital Technology, and Product Engineering.
Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning to fuel innovation.
