Job summary

Terma is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape technology decisions within our IT Strategy and Transformation team. You will drive the Target Architecture through projects and governance boards, partnering with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure disciplined, scalable solutions.

You bring 7+ years in enterprise architectures, TOGAF experience, cloud and data architecture expertise, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into concrete architectural

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise-scale technology landscapes.
Experience across business, application, data, and technology architecture.
Experience with regulatory frameworks and security/compliance.
Experience evaluating AI and emerging technologies with governance.

Responsibilities

Drive Target Architecture through projects and governance boards.
Define and maintain architecture principles, patterns and standards.
Translate regulatory requirements into architectural requirements with security/compliance teams.
Partner with architects, IT business partners, project managers and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
