Veo Technologies in Copenhagen is forming a Security Enablement Team. As the most senior engineer on the team, you will own the technical direction of platform security, identity, and network security, partnering with the teams that own these systems so security is built in from the start.

Qualifications

• Several years of production infrastructure and security experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one area (platform security, identity, or network security) with readiness to grow in the other.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, MFA rollouts, and token lifecycles in CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS) and on-prem infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong IaC capabilities using Terraform or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build paved roads for image scanning, SBOM generation, and CVE response in CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead the design and tooling for a unified internal network and VPN across cloud providers and offices.
• Work with auth service maintainers on identity and access controls, MFA, and token hygiene.
• Make workload identity the standard for CI/CD and enable secure migrations across teams.
• Build shared audit logging capabilities and integrate GRC evidence pipelines.
• Own external penetration test contracting, intake, and triage with clear ownership.
• Hand off capabilities with runbooks, owners, and escalation paths; run security reviews via office hours.
• Mentor team members and raise security standards across Veo.
