Job summary

Stryker is seeking a commercially driven Territory Sales Manager to lead the Surgical Technologies portfolio across Denmark. You will collaborate with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders to drive adoption and growth of the Neptune Waste Management System and SafeAir portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

You will build long-term customer partnerships, manage complex sales cycles, and participate in product demonstrations, tenders, and pricing negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Sales experience within MedTech, healthcare, or a related commercial environment.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and customer relationships.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across a national territory.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales growth and market adoption of Neptune Waste Management System and SafeAir portfolio across Denmark.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the territory.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, theatre staff, procurement teams, and hospital administration.
• Demonstrating and supporting Surgical Technologies equipment in clinical/operating theatre environments.
• Organising product demonstrations, workshops, theatre participation, and training sessions.
• Managing pricing discussions and contract negotiations in line with company guidelines.
• Collaborating with Customer Service, Marketing, Product Management, and other stakeholders to deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating product logistics and distribution activities as required.
• Monitoring market developments and competitor activity within the region.
• Providing territory updates and sales forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager, Nordics.
• Developing technical and clinical product expertise continuously.
