Job summary

Stryker Denmark is seeking a commercially minded Territory Sales Manager to drive adoption of the Neptune Waste Management System and SafeAir portfolio across Denmark. You will work with surgeons and hospital staff, lead product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and build long‑term customer partnerships while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience.
Fluent in Danish and English.
Sales experience in MedTech, healthcare or related field.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and adoption of Neptune Waste Management System and SafeAir in Denmark.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, theatre staff, procurement and administration.
Demonstrate equipment in clinical settings and conduct product demonstrations/workshops.
Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations per company guidelines.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Product Management and other teams.
Coordinate product logistics and provide regular territory updates.
