Job summary

Pacific International Executive Search is seeking a Sales Manager to drive Danish market growth in renewable energy, focusing on solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and heat pumps. You will acquire new customers, build partnerships with installers and projects, and shape the go-to-market strategy for Denmark.

The role requires several years of B2B field sales experience in renewable energy, a proven track record of winning new customers, and fluency in Danish and English.

Qualifications

• B2B field sales experience in renewable energy or related technical sector.
• Proven success in winning new customers and building sales pipelines.
• Experience preparing offers and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of inverters, batteries, system design or similar.
• Danish market experience and established industry network is a plus.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Sales-related qualification is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify target customers and new business opportunities across Denmark.
• Acquire new customers and build installer and project partnerships.
• Grow existing accounts and introduce new renewable energy solutions.
• Prepare offers, negotiate agreements and support project delivery.
• Manage sales pipelines, CRM and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Director on Danish market strategy.
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events across Denmark.
