Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an experienced HR Country Manager for Denmark to align HR across five entities and ensure compliance with Danish law and collective agreements. You will lead national HR focus areas, develop policies, and coordinate salary budgeting with HR Shared Services, while partnering with management to drive leadership and talent development.

You will act as a trusted advisor to site management and senior leaders, coordinating with unions and works councils, and guiding change

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar role within a large international matrix organization.
• Deep knowledge of Danish labour law and collective agreements.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate change and implement HR processes.
• Experience in leading country-level HR governance.
• Good ability to work with HR systems.
• Excellent Danish and English communication; ability to create clear guidelines.
• University education in HR (180 ECTS) or equivalent.
• Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive national HR focus areas for the five Danish entities aligned with the business strategy and People Strategy.
• Develop and implement people policies, processes, routines, guidelines, tools and analytics.
• Ensure country-wide consistency for benefits frameworks, allowances, principles, policies.
• Coordinate the salary budget and review process in Denmark together with the Employee Relations team in HR Shared Services.
• Drive, support and inspire management in organizational, leadership, and competence development.
• Coordinate local HR activities at the Søborg site, including collaboration with employee representatives and relevant councils.
