Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Country Manager for Denmark to harmonize HR practices across five entities and ensure compliance with Danish law and collective agreements.

You will drive national HR priorities, develop policies and analytics, coordinate the Danish salary budget with HR Shared Services, and partner with unions, works councils, and leadership across Søborg, Kolding, Aalborg and Nakskov.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role within a large international matrix organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Danish labour law and collective agreements.
• Experience leading change and implementing HR processes.
• Excellent Danish and English communication.
• University-level HR education (180 ECTS) or equivalent.
• Driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and drive national HR focus areas for the five Danish entities.
• Develop and implement people policies, processes, and analytics.
• Ensure country-wide consistency for benefits frameworks and policies.
• Coordinate the salary budget and review process in Denmark with HR Shared Services Drive.
• Coordinate local HR activities at the Søborg site with employee representatives.
