Job summary

Pandora A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Manager, Delivery Enablement to shape how Pandora's D&T organization delivers, spanning customer-facing platforms, ERP, logistics, and security. You will harmonize scaled agile delivery with more structured, plan-driven approaches, building on existing practices while closing gaps that cause friction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operating model design, PMO, or transformation roles.
• Experience across scaled agile and plan-driven delivery.
• Proven delivery and adoption track record.
• Hands-on delivery plus advisory experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation.
• Comfort with organizational change and ambiguity.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis and documentation.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence at operating-model level.
• Certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and evolve delivery models, harmonizing scaled agile and plan-driven delivery.
• Advise on structuring delivery entities as they take shape.
• Lead workstreams from design through rollout.
• Support onboarding and capability-building for teams adopting the model.
• Facilitate structural workshops with the delivery community to shape and pressure-test the model.
• Translate high-level decisions into practical structures and standards.
• Keep the model coherent as it evolves and resolves overlaps.
• Provide advisory support for operating-model gaps where costs are high.
• Document how the operating model works and evolves over time.
• Build relationships with leadership to ensure adoption.
