Job summary

Terma is seeking a Systems Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative defense and security solutions. You will perform systems engineering across a diverse R&D portfolio and collaborate with experts, customers, and research partners across Europe to advance requirements, architecture, modelling, and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred with strong systems engineering background.
• Understanding of system architectures and development processes.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary environments and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of defense and security solutions through systems engineering activities.
• Support requirements analysis, system architecture development, modelling, and technical studies.
• Perform analyses, trade-off studies and technology maturation activities.
• Collaborate with customers, industry partners, and research organizations across Europe.
• Contribute to system integration, proposal development, and execution of R&D projects.
• Monitor emerging technologies and future capability needs to drive innovation.
