Job summary

Terma Group is seeking an Advanced Systems Engineer to contribute to the design and development of complex air-domain systems on an international defense project in Denmark. You will use MBSE approaches to define architecture, requirements, and mission-level goals while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will work with cutting-edge modeling, simulation, and analysis tools to refine system performance, document concepts, and present results in design reviews and workshops.

Qualifications

• PhD or Postdoctoral experience in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong foundation in analytical and quantitative disciplines.
• Exposure, or interest, in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• System Definition & Architecture: support system-level analysis, requirements development, and architectural design.
• Integration & Coordination: define system interactions across components and domains.
• Analysis & Modeling: model, simulate, and analyze system behavior.
• Tools & Documentation: maintain models and visual representations.
• Collaboration: participate in design reviews and cross-team workshops.
