Job summary

Systematic Aarhus is seeking a Manager for QA within the Defence QA Management programme to lead QA strategy, planning and execution. You will head a QA team across multiple projects, drive quality improvements and ensure end-to-end product quality with strong collaboration with Developers and Architects.

You will report to the Senior Manager for Defence QA Management and work with teams in Aarhus, Copenhagen and Bucharest, travelling up to 5–10 days per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test management.
• Experience in project management and people leadership, motivating teams and delivering results.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technical/scientific field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the QA strategy and test framework for the product programme.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor system tests to validate end-to-end functionality.
• Lead QA planning, reporting and improvements to create transparency and progress.
• Lead and develop a high-performing QA team, ensuring the right competencies.
• Collaborate with Directors, Managers and Architects to align quality across delivery.
