Job summary

Systematic Aarhus seeks a Manager for the software QA department within Defence. You will lead a team of QA Engineers, drive test strategy, coordinate activities across project teams, and partner with Directors, Managers and Architects to ensure high-quality products.

Based in Aarhus, you will travel up to 5–10 days a year to our Bucharest office to align on QA initiatives and programme progress, while driving continuous quality improvements across the Defence product programme.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical degree
• Fluent English—written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Define and drive test strategy and QA improvements for the product programme
• Lead QA planning, reporting and improvements – create progress, structure and transparency
• Oversee system tests and end-to-end validation across project teams
• Lead and develop QA Engineers – build competencies and maintain a high-performing team
• Collaborate with Directors, Managers and Architects to ensure alignment and quality throughout development and delivery processes
