Job summary

Systematic Aarhus seeks a Manager for QA within Defence QA Management to lead a dedicated QA team across product programmes, driving test strategy and quality improvements. You will coordinate system tests and collaborate with the programme's other Managers, shaping QA direction and delivering measurable progress.

You will report to the Senior Manager for Defence QA Management and guide the QA Engineers, developing their skills and ensuring team performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test management.
• Experience in project management and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop the test framework and QA strategies for product quality and scalability.
• Oversee planning and execution of system tests to validate end-to-end functionality.
• Lead QA planning, reporting and improvements with the QA Programme team.
• Collaborate with Directors, Managers and Architects to ensure alignment and quality throughout development and delivery.
