Job summary

Systematic Aarhus, a Danish company with a Nordic footprint, invites a proactive QA Manager to lead the test strategy and QA initiatives across multiple product teams in Aarhus, Copenhagen and Bucharest. You will drive planning, reporting, and continuous improvements, while building a high-performing QA team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical/scientific field.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of software development, testing and release processes.
• Experience in project management and people leadership, delivering progress through clear direction.

Responsibilities

• Drive test strategy and QA initiatives to ensure product quality and scalability.
• Lead QA planning, reporting and improvements across the programme.
• Coordinate testing activities across project teams and align with Directors, Managers and Architects.
• Lead and develop a team of QA Engineers, fostering motivation and performance.
