Job summary

Nextt & Mason in Denmark is seeking a senior QA leader to consolidate and scale QA processes across the group, reporting to the Quality Director and coordinating daily with the QA team.

You will mentor 4 QA Coordinators, prioritize initiatives, resolve day-to-day QA challenges, strengthen communication with production stakeholders, and drive quality-focused production optimization across the organization.

Job description

Our client is a Danish-owned food group with a strong international presence. The company operates in a dynamic market and is active in around 100 countries.

The QA work across the organization is currently undergoing a strategic restructuring and systematization. The company has increased its focus on quality assurance and therefore needs to streamline QA processes, structure daily tasks and challenges, set clear priorities, and ensure that actions are implemented consistently throughout the organization.

The work will be carried out in close coordination with the Quality Director – and with direct reference to the Quality Director, you will have the daily management responsibility for the 4 QA Coordinators in the department. You will act as a daily sparring partner and coach for these QA Coordinators.
