Would you like to launch your career in software quality assurance, working on a next-generation training platform for modern Defence operations? At Systematic, we are expanding our Defence Aspire team in Copenhagen and are looking for a newly graduated candidate to join us as a Software QA Engineer.
This position offers a structured introduction to software testing and quality assurance. You will be introduced to the discipline through close cooperation with experienced colleagues, and you will build your competencies across each phase of the development process. Testing and quality assurance take place throughout the entire feature development lifecycle, giving you exposure to requirements analysis, test design, and release activities alike. Prior professional experience is welcome but not required; we're looking for the right mindset and a genuine interest in testing.

We recently established a new development team in Copenhagen which requires a Software QA Engineer to support its growth. You will join a growing Defence Business Unit, working on solutions that support critical decision‑making. Aspire is our youngest Defence product, with strong adoption and an exciting roadmap ahead. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues in Copenhagen and Aarhus, as well as teams across Europe.
It's a bonus if you have prior experience from graduate programmes, student positions, internships, or company projects, as well as familiarity with Jira, Xray, or R4J, Linux CLI, Bash or PowerShell, Docker, or Git, or if you hold (or are pursuing) the ISTQB Foundation Certification. None of this is required.
You should expect to travel to our Aarhus headquarters around 20 days a year.
