Job summary

Saxo Bank in Copenhagen is building the Markets Data Office and is seeking a Data Portfolio Analyst to help define, monitor and improve critical data with business and technology stakeholders. You will work across four domain areas and contribute to AI-powered workflows, Azure or Databricks projects, and data governance practices, turning business needs into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in information systems, data science, CS or related field.
• Interest in data and linking business with technology.
• Experience with SQL, Python from studies or projects.
• Hands-on AI experience to automate tasks and improve workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Explore and test new technology, including AI, and select best tools.
• Set up reports and dashboards for data owners in Power BI.
• Automate governance tasks, data quality, and metadata processes.
• Build AI-supported data and governance workflows in Azure or Databricks.
• Test and validate automated workflows and AI outputs before use.
• Define and maintain data definitions, rules, and thresholds.
• Monitor data quality and drive remediation where needed.
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards and tech teams across domains.
