Job summary

Saxo Group is building the Markets Data Office in Aarhus as part of our Data Governance Programme. The team covers four domains and is in the build phase, offering an opportunity to influence governance practices and tooling.

You will work across domains, set up AI-enabled workflows, and contribute to Azure/Databricks initiatives while turning business needs into practical technical solutions. You will collaborate with data owners, stewards and technology teams, learn quickly, and develop your

Qualifications

Master's degree or 1–2 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Interest in data and how it supports business processes, plus ability to connect business and technology.
Experience with SQL, Python or similar tools from studies, a student job or personal projects.
Hands-on experience using AI or other technology to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Good communication skills in English and ability to write clear documentation.

Responsibilities

Explore and test new technology, including AI, and help choose and use the right tools.
Set up reporting and dashboards for data owners and data stewards (e.g., Power BI).
Automate manual governance tasks, including data quality checks, documentation and metadata.
Build and maintain AI-supported data workflows with Azure or Databricks.
Test and validate automated workflows and AI outputs before production use.
Help define and maintain data definitions, rules, and documentation.
Monitor data quality outputs and coordinate remediation with owners.
