Job summary

Gasoline Grill ApS is seeking a hands-on IT & Data Coordinator to manage BI reporting, automate data workflows, and own the internal business platform. You will provide first-line IT support across our offices and restaurants, manage user accounts in Microsoft 365, and coordinate with external partners for new features.

You will travel to restaurants as needed, troubleshoot kiosk and POS related issues, and help explore practical AI solutions to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with BI and automation tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.
• Intermediate scripting skills, e.g. Python, for data extraction.
• Independent problem-solving and proactive approach.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration or quick learner.
• Clear communication with partners and staff.
• Curiosity about AI and practical business applications.

Responsibilities

• Power BI reporting, dashboards, and data preparation for teams.
• Automated workflows in Power Automate across systems.
• Ownership of internal business platform and first-line software support.
• IT equipment and on-site support across restaurant locations.
• User accounts, email, Teams, and access management in Microsoft 365.
• Identifying, testing, and implementing AI solutions.
