Job summary

Flatpay in Copenhagen HQ is seeking an Analyst with 1–3 years of analytics experience to turn data into insights and build high-value analytical solutions supporting growth.

You’ll develop commercial reporting and dashboards, primarily in Power BI, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data quality, and help translate business questions into actionable recommendations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Experience developing reports and visualisations in Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to explain commercial and analytical concepts clearly and simply.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and exploring business needs related to data, analysis, and reporting.
• Building and maintaining commercial reports and KPI frameworks.
• Developing high-level reporting and analysis for senior management.
• Creating operational reports and dashboards that support day-to-day decision-making.
• Becoming the analytical domain expert for selected areas of the business.
• Developing a strong understanding of the processes, KPIs, and performance drivers within your domains.
• Identifying trends, inefficiencies, risks, and commercial opportunities.
• Turning complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, primarily in Power BI.
• Ensuring data quality and accuracy through testing and validation.
• Optimising existing reports and analyses based on business needs and user feedback.
• Testing and implementing new AI solutions in dashboard development, analytical workflows, or standalone AI applications.
