Job summary

Kamstrup, Denmark-based, seeks a Data Analyst Intern to help Customer Services turn data into actionable insights using Power BI, ServiceNow and Claude AI to guide business decisions.

You will identify improvement opportunities, track costs and income streams, develop dashboards and KPIs, and explore AI opportunities within a collaborative team across Product Management, Sales, Software Development and Digitalization.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with quantitative data.
• Interest in working with AI and tools such as Power BI or similar visualization tools.
