Job summary

BearingPoint Denmark seeks a Data & AI Lead to shape and grow the local Data & AI practice in Copenhagen. You will combine hands-on AI delivery with consulting leadership, mentoring, and market development.

You will lead projects end-to-end, engage senior stakeholders, and translate business needs into pragmatic AI solutions using Azure and cloud technologies. A strong Danish and English communication skill set is required.

Qualifications

• Strong Data, AI and analytics background with consulting experience.
• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in production.
• Hands-on with Azure and cloud technologies.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
• Leadership experience and ability to develop teams.
• Commercial mindset and client growth experience.
• Proficiency in Danish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as Competency Area Lead for Data & AI in Denmark and mentor colleagues.
• Advise senior clients and translate business needs into Data/AI solutions.
• Lead teams from early shaping to production deployment.
• Design and deliver AI solutions using Azure and cloud tech.
• Drive business development and client relationships.
