Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Denmark is seeking a Manager for Data Science consulting to shape data and AI agendas, translating business challenges into actionable opportunities. You will guide initiatives from idea through to value realization, balancing hands-on prototyping with strategic advisory.

You bring a strong technical foundation but focus on understanding client needs, framing problems, and delivering impactful AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data, AI, or analytics roles, with exposure to bothtechnical implementation and business-facing work
• Proven ability to engage clients, structure problems, and translate business needs into data/AI solutions
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models at scale, including NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Expertise in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with modern AI ecosystems (cloud platforms, LLMs, AI tools, data platforms).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments, exploring new problem spaces
• Demonstrated curiosity to learn and apply new technologies in AI
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or cross-functional settings is a plus

Responsibilities

• Shape Data & AI Strategy and translate business goals into roadmaps.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and guide decisions on AI initiatives.
• Translate complex business problems into structured AI approaches and select methodologies.
• Explore and prototype using emerging AI technologies to validate ideas.
• Bridge business and technology across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Drive AI adoption by applying practical, value-driven strategies across domains.
• Communicate insights and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to growth and capability building through mentoring and proposals.
