BearingPoint in Copenhagen seeks an experienced Azure AI Architect to drive production‑level AI solutions and help shape our Microsoft AI practice in Denmark.

You will lead architecture, guide delivery teams, and translate technical choices into measurable business value for complex engagements.

This hybrid role offers close client exposure, cross‑functional collaboration, and the opportunity to develop reusable patterns and accelerators for future projects.

Qualifications

• Credible architecture and hands-on delivery experience on Microsoft Azure in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering AI or generative AI solutions with grounding, evaluation and operations.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture across identity, security, networking, governance.
• Ability to lead client conversations and turn ambiguity into phased delivery.
• Consulting mindset with ability to create client interest and onboard for AI opportunities.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure data services, Python, C# or TypeScript is valuable.
• Fluent Danish and professional English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of Azure-based AI and generative AI solutions from discovery to handover.
• Guide engineering teams, review designs and resolve critical production decisions.
• Translate technical options into clear business and technology recommendations.
• Engage clients to understand priorities and value drivers, translating technical possibilities into business advice.
• Shape roadmaps, estimates, risks, adoption approaches and delivery plans aligning to client value.
• Develop reusable reference patterns, accelerators and delivery assets for future engagements.
• Build trusted client relationships and mentor engineers across BearingPoint teams.
• Translate Microsoft AI capabilities into Danish client narratives and demos.
