We seek a highly experienced Project Manager with 15+ years of delivering Data & AI initiatives in Life Sciences/Healthcare, leading end-to-end programs for pharma, biotech, CRO, and health-tech organizations—on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• 5+ years leading Data & AI programs with budgets of $1M–$5M+.
• Proficient in Agile (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) and Waterfall/hybrid delivery.
• Strong command of PMO governance, portfolio reporting, and governance tools.
• Experience with data platforms and AI lifecycles in pharma/biotech/CRO health IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI programs from initiation to transition to BAU.
• Define scope, milestones, and success criteria with sponsors and teams.
• Develop plans, RACI, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Govern steering committees, RAID logs, change control, and escalation.
• Manage budgets from $500K to $10M+; track actuals and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate multi-stream delivery of data platforms and AI initiatives.
