Job summary

Ascendis Pharma A/S is seeking a Senior Business-oriented Data Analytics Engineer to translate business needs into robust data products that drive decision-making. You will partner with global IT and Drug Development Data teams to design end-to-end analytics solutions.

Based in Hellerup, Denmark, you will shape data governance, quality, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value across Endocrinology, Rare Disease, and Oncology programs.

Qualifications

You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Master’s Degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
You have 5+ years of experience within Data & Analytics.
Proven experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into data products.

Responsibilities

Understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
Design & develop data products that drive business value and decisions.
Explore and transform complex data into insights with fit-for-purpose analytics.
Collaborate across teams to build end-to-end solutions.
Ensure data products align with data governance, compliance, and quality standards.
