Overview

Do you have experience orchestrating AI portfolios and driving adoption across clinical development and research? If so, we invite you to lead our AI use case portfolio—from intake to value—in partnership with the Data Analytics & AI Platform team.

Responsibilities

• Run the AI use case portfolio from intake, scoping, prioritization, execution, scaling, to hand‑over to operations.
• Lead project/program management for AI initiatives (plans, milestones, resources, budgets, vendor coordination, day‑to‑day execution).
• Provide hands‑on AI subject‑matter guidance: shape problem statements, assess feasibility & risks, recommend tools & guardrails.
• Drive change management & adoption through communications, role‑based training, workshops, and enablement of champion networks.
• Champion user experience, safety, and compliance (privacy, information security, responsible AI, quality).
• Network with Zealand Pharma and the external AI community; stay current on AI news, vendor roadmaps, and regulatory updates to surface high‑value use cases.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, data/analytics, or a related field; biopharma experience preferred.
• 3‑5+ years in product/program management for digital/AI/analytics initiatives with a record of bridging business and technology.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑functional team & vendor leadership.
• Demonstrated change management capability: communications, training, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and ROI storytelling at the executive level.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and workflows (ML, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, MCP, MLOps, LLMOps, and general cloud capabilities); Microsoft Azure experience is a plus.
• Technical literacy—able to read designs, challenge trade‑offs, and engage engineers; hands‑on coding/configuration optional.
• This is a product/portfolio role; not a data science or software engineering position.
