Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish-speaking Assistance Coordinators for our client's travel assistance team in Torrevieja, Spain. You will support Nordic travellers around the world when unexpected situations occur, coordinating travel arrangements and practical support.

The role operates 24/7 with day, evening and night shifts; you will work independently and as part of a team, delivering empathetic customer service and using internal systems to manage cases.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish and English required.
• Strong communication skills and empathy for customers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple cases.
• Willingness to work day, evening, and night shifts.
• Solid computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers requiring roadside assistance.
• Provide empathetic and efficient support in emergency situations.
• Assess customer needs and arrange appropriate assistance.
• Use internal systems to manage cases and resolve enquiries.
• Support insurance and automotive partners with roadside assistance queries.
• Deliver professional customer service while working independently and as part of a team.
